ORDER: Real Estate Signs & Installation

WARNING: 

Depending on what city your listing is in, they may have strict size restrictions on your signs. Some cities do not allow for the standard wooden post and allow only one small sign in the lawn. Please check the city website or call them before to confirm how big the sign may be.

  • Make sure to include your DRE # on all signs or marketing materials that have your name.
  • If you would like Falcon Signs to install your sign post & store your extra signs, you can have the signs shipped to Falcon Signs directly: 949 N Cataract Ave Ste. J, San Dimas, CA 91773

Real Estate Sign Installation

  • You can order the installation on the Falcon Signs website or mobile app.
  • When you are ready to remove your sign, you can also order Falcon Signs to retrieve your sign post and store your sign in their warehouse for your next listing.

Open House Signs

  • It is your responsibility to have your own open house signs ready to go. Please order ahead of time from one of the vendors provided. 
  • You must retrieve all your signs after your open house because the city may fine you if they are left too long or you are reported by community members.
